Graduation Congratulations cake topper with tassel & Gold detail

One of our well loved favourites is our Graduation cake topper. a milky opal ring base with the word Congrats curved  around it in gold, leading to the black grad cap with a 3d tassel for a fun finish. 

this topper is great as it works on a small or a bigger cake, all that's left to do is celebrate!
