- We make use of Various South African Courier Services based on where you live. (We use Aramex, Fastway, The Courier Guy & Postnet)
- when your parcel is sent out we will send tracking information and the details of the shipping agency used.
- you are welcome to have your own courier collect your order from us, or collect it yourself. please note: YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED when your order is ready for colleciton.

- We are not available for weekend collections.
Our policy lasts 30 days on Damaged or defective items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a credit, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with clear images sent showing the defect. please note, we do not offer refunds, but store credit will be offered if the item is agreed as defective.
Any Customized Or personalized items are exempt from being returned for the obvious reasons that we would not be able to resell these. We therefore as that you be as clear as possible with your brief and will always ask as many questions as necessary to ensure you are happy with your products.
Items Collected from us, need to be checked fully on collecting as they will not be refundable thereafter. Please ensure that items are checked for defects as well as to brief if customized.

Exchanges: If an item is returned due to fit, this is no problem and we will happily swap or give store credit as necessary, (provided it is in the condition it was sent) you will be expected to return the item to us and we will then either replace or give store credit at your request. Returns need to be in 7 working days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the banking details that you will provide.
Refunds will not be processed for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that is not collected within 5 days of notification being sent out to collect.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We advise you use a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
